Organizer

This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Dubai Abaya by Afreen Baig, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India (“Organizer”).

Campaign Period

1. Starts When the campaign gets posted on Instagram
2. End Date: 15 -November- 2026
3. Draw Date: 20 – November – 2026
4. Entries received after the campaign end date will not be considered.

Eligibility

Participation is open only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

1. Female customers only (Only For Indian Nationals)
2. Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase
3. Must make a qualifying purchase during the campaign period
4. Must comply with these Terms & Conditions.

How to Enter

1. Shop at Dubai Abaya by Afreen Baig during the campaign period.
2. Receive one (1) official entry coupon for every abaya bought.
3. Complete all required information on the coupon.
4. Deposit the completed coupon into the official lucky draw box before the campaign closes

Only original coupons issued by Dubai Abaya by Afreen Baig will be accepted.

Entry Limit

1. Participants will receive one (1) coupon per abaya bought.
2. A maximum of twenty (20) coupons may be issued to one customer during the campaign.
3. Coupons cannot be transferred to another person.

Coupon Requirements

Each coupon must clearly contain:

1. Name
2. Mobile Number
3. Order ID

The Organizer reserves the right to reject coupons that are incomplete, illegible, altered, duplicated, damaged, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.

Social Media Participation (Mandatory)

To remain eligible for the lucky draw, every participant must complete all of the following before the campaign closing date:

1. Share a photo or video of the product(s) purchased from Dubai Abaya by Afreen Baig and tag/mention our main account on Instagram.
2. Follow the official page of Dubai Abaya By Afreen Baig account on Instagram, which is @_dubaiabaya
3. Include the official campaign hashtags: #DubaiAbayas

Participants may be required to provide proof of their social media post or status if it cannot be verified directly by the Organizer.

Failure to complete any of the above requirements may result in disqualification from the lucky draw.

Lucky Draw

Winners will be selected through a random lucky draw on Instagram live after the campaign ends.

The draw will be photographed, recorded, or livestreamed.

Number of Winners

A total of four (4) winners will be selected.

Prize Includes

Each winner will receive a Dubai travel package which consists of 3 Nights and 4 Days , arranged by Dubai Abaya By Afreen Baig through its designated travel partner

The final itinerary, airline, hotel, travel dates, and other inclusions shall be shared only to the winners after the lottery.

Travel Schedule & Itinerary

The travel package shall be arranged by Dubai Abaya By Afreen Baig through its designated travel partner. The travel dates, flight schedules, airline, hotel accommodation, itinerary, and other travel arrangements shall be determined by the Organizer and/or its travel partner based on availability and operational requirements.

Winners must travel on the dates allocated for the prize package. Requests to change travel dates, airline, hotel, itinerary, or any other component of the travel package will not be accommodated.

If a winner is unable to travel on the scheduled dates for personal reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to declare the prize forfeited .

Passport & Travel Documents

Each winner is responsible for:

1. Holding or obtaining a valid passport.
2. Providing all documents required for visa processing.
3. Completing all formalities requested by the Organizer or the travel partner within the specified time.

Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeline may result in forfeiture of the prize. 

Visa Approval

The issuance of a UAE visa is subject solely to the approval of the relevant government authorities. 

Dubai Abaya By Afreen Baig and its travel partner shall not be responsible for visa delays or visa refusals. 

If a winner is unable to travel due to visa refusal or failure to provide the required documents, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke the prize. 

Winner Verification

Before receiving the prize, winners may be required to provide: 

1. Government-issued Photo ID  
2. Original Purchase Invoice  
3. Original Entry Coupon  
4. Passport (when available)  

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in disqualification.

Winner Announcement

Winners will be announced: 

1. Through Instagram Live on the draw date.  
2. Through Dubai Abaya By Afreen Baig’s official Instagram Page.  
3. By telephone using the contact details provided on the entry coupon.  

If a selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the prize. 

Prize Conditions

1. The prize is non-transferable.  
2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.  
3. The travel package must be accepted as offered.  
4. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute components of the package with alternatives of equal value if necessary.  

Return & Entry Validity

If a qualifying purchase is returned, refunded, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent, all entry coupons issued against that purchase shall become void and ineligible for the lucky draw. 

Content Permission

By participating in this Campaign, participants grant Dubai Abaya By Afreen Baig permission to repost, share, publish, and use the photos, videos, and social media content submitted as part of the Campaign for promotional and marketing purposes, with appropriate credit where reasonably practicable, without additional compensation. 

Publicity Consent 

By accepting the prize, winners agree that Dubai Abaya By Afreen Baig may use their name, photograph, video, and related promotional content for advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

Fraud & Disqualification 

Dubai Abaya By Afreen Baig reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: 

1. Provides false information.  
2. Uses forged invoices.  
3. Alters or duplicates coupons. 
4. Attempts to manipulate the draw.  
5. Violates these Terms & Conditions.  

Privacy

Personal information collected for this campaign will be used solely for:

1. Administering the Campaign.  
2. Verifying eligibility.  
3. Contacting winners.  
4. Arranging travel if selected.  

Information will not be sold to third parties except where required for administering the prize (such as sharing necessary details with the travel partner). 

Campaign Modification or Cancellation

Dubai Abayas reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Campaign if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make such action necessary. 

Limitation of Liability

Dubai Abayas shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, travel disruptions, acts of government authorities, airline schedule changes, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the prize or travel arrangements. 

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
